Subterranean termites

There are two main methods for control of subterranean termites. These methods include:
1. Treatment of soil. This is a barrier treatment that can include trouting visibly infested wood members and soil with a registered pesticide.
2. Baiting methods of control may be available upon special request. This method is dependent upon individual circumstances and may not be available for all cases.

Drywood termites

We recommend several types of treatment options depending on the areas of the structure which are visibly infested:

1. Fumigation: The entire structure is is sealed and fumigated with a lethal gas
2. Localized Chemical Treatments: Locally treating visibly infested areas with registered pesticides
3. Removal and replacement of visibly infested wood members
