Inspection fees are based on type of structure and square footage.

 Examples: Single family Residence: 

•  0000-1499 sq feet $175.00
• 1500-1999 sq feet $200.00 
• 2000-2499 $225.00
• 2500-2999 $250.00
• 3000-3499 $325.00 

Inspection fees go up in price according to square footage  of structure. Fees are due at time of inspection. Call our office to obtain an exact quote based on type & square footage of structure.  We offer no charge competitive bids providing we are given a copy of other company’s report along with pricing.
