Pricing

Inspection fees are based on type of structure and square footage.  We offer a discounted rate if inspection fee is paid for at the time of inspection. Examples:

Single family Residence  0000-1499 sq feet $175.00 at time or $225.00 billed to escrow. 1500-1999 sq feet $200.00 at time or $250.00 billed to escrow. Inspection fees go up in price according to square footage  of structure. Call our office to obtain an exact quote based on type & square footage of structure.  We offer no charge competitive bids providing we are given a copy of other company’s report along with pricing.
